Boston Wedding Photographer, Laurie + Mike at the Boston Public Gardens

Posted by Trish:

It seems so long ago that I met with Laurie and Mike when they booked their wedding with me, now fast forward and the wedding is only a few months away!
I met them at the Public Garden, they live near there and thought it would be a most appropriate place to have their photodate. It was a beautiful day, the scene was set...

They are really cute together and Mike looks at Laurie a lot... I do believe that he is quite in love with her, it's very sweet!

I thought that this would be a great one for the moms...they like the classic portrait, usually anyway.

The Boston skyline peeked through a few trees, kind of like Central Park, so fun to be in the park in the city!

Bam! How's that for city AND park at the same time. Oh, and thank you cloud for softening that sun for a few minutes!

They met at college in Philadelphia and Mike is from there, so there is a bit of a rivalry here since she is a Boston girl...

Go Sox! Sorry Mike, but you are outnumbered up here.

Cue the swan boat...

See what I mean about Mike looking at Laurie?! He's such a nice guy!

Laurie is pretty fabulous too. She's really adorable and hot stuff all at the same time.

I think this is my favorite of the day...

More loving looks being exchanged.

We strolled a little bit around Beacon Hill too, what an amazing area of the world! I was telling them how lucky I feel to get the chance to go to fun places like this for work, because on my own it would probably never happen.

Oh, just the side of a building, totally un-assuming.
Can't wait for your wedding...it will be here soon enough!!!

Amy and Tim Photodate at Faneuil Hall in Boston

Posted by Mariah:
You'd never guess from this photo that it was pouring rain not an hour before...
Got to love Spring!
I really love all the flowering trees this time of year, and Amy and Tim were nice enough to risk and allergy attack to indulge me in the blossoms.

This little park is across the street from Fanieul Hall.

How cute! Just relaxing on a park bench before being spotted by the papparazzi.

Tulips and dafodills are also among my favorites.

Tim and Amy are getting marrieed May 22nd... woo-hoo!

Nice of the crowds to clear out for this photo...

Can't wait to see you guys in a couple of weeks. I know you are a little "camera shy" hope this practice run helps to ease the pain!

First Snap!.... Amy and Tim in Boston

Posted by Mariah:
Amy and Tim met in Boston, work in Boston, and live in Boston... so Boston was the obvious choice for their photodate. Speaking of dates, I tried to get the scoop on how Amy and Tim met, but Tim was a little vague on the details. From what I could gather the recipe was: a popular after hours watering hole, a glance across the crowded room at Amy, and then a plot that included accidentally "bumping" into Amy and then conveniently introducing himself. Nice move! It worked, because here they are!
Amy and Tim are getting married next month so it won't be long until they are back on the blog in their wedding garb.
Check back for the rest of Amy and Tim's photodate pictures on Monday the 26th...

Amy and Dave at the State Room in Boston, Part Two

Posted by Mariah:

A little trip to the Back Bay for the ceremony at beautiful St. Cecilia's. I love this shot of the girls climbing the stairs.

Melissa took this great photo of Amy waiting for the ceremony to begin.

This is a sweet moment between Amy and her dad. This is a tough moment for dads I think...

Love the ceiling!

I love these next two photos... this one just feels so timeless. Could be any decade.

I'm crazy for this one because I love Amy's feet. She's sitting like a little girl. So cute.

Melissa caught this photo of me skulking around the church. I know I am getting older because it's a lot harder now to spring up from this position. (sigh.)

I do's.

Hooray!

So happy!

I love the light and the colors in this one.

Cheers!

Next stop... the State Room on the 33rd Floor! (Gulp.)

Amy and Dave don't mind my kooky ideas...

Hello Handsome!

The whole gang.

Don't jump! Okay, jump.

It's a romantical view for sure!

Goofing around with the ladies... this pose was their idea. That's the spirit!

Next up... all the reception fun!
